Activities - Maihaugen

Maihaugen is one of Lillehammer's largest attractions and well worth a visit! It is Norway's largest open-air museum and can be described as a time machine, a journey through time. In the open-air museum, you will find several hundred historical buildings nestled beautifully in the landscape, attracting visitors from around the world to experience environments and ways of life from the past. During the summer, the museum buzzes with life with activities for both families and adults. Both the Norwegian Olympic Museum and the Norwegian Postal Museum are located at Maihaugen and are included in the museum ticket.
